Intro to Brioche
9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Brioche is a reversible stitch pattern that creates a thick, lofty, stretchy fabric that appears similar to a 1 X 1 rib. It is a great choice for hats, scarves, blankets, sweaters and more! Many top designers like Courtney love brioche and are designing many of the most popular garments grabbing everyone's attention right now. You need to learn how!

Not only will you learn the basic brioche stitch, you will also learn brioche increases and decreases!

About the Chagrin Falls Town Hall

Both classes will be held at the Chagrin Falls Township Hall at 83 North Main Street, one block from The Artful Yarn. New this year, the Town Hall has updated its lighting from the last time we held an event there. We will also be utilizing The Big Screen for Courtney's workshop which will provide great visibility of the techniques demonstrated.

Parking
While there is metered parking along Main Street, we highly recommend parking at The Artful Yarn and walking to the Town Hall. There is also paid & limited free parking in the plaza where Heinen's is located; however this is monitored carefully.

The Artful Yarn will provide light snacks throughout the day.  Please feel to to bring any beverages or refreshments that you would enjoy during Courtney's workshop.

Chagrin Falls has a number of coffee shops and other great cafes and restaurants.  There is a 1-hour break between classes from 12 noon - 1:00 PM.
