People love granny squares for their versatility, nostalgia, and beginner-friendliness, allowing endless creativity with colors and patterns for projects like blankets, bags, and clothes, while also being portable and a great way to use lots and lots of color!
We'll be using the super-popular Granny Square Stitches Deck. You'll learn how to read a crochet chart and how to construct a granny square right in class. Then you'll be hooked - - pun intended! Creating tops, dresses, bags, vests, headbands, or cardigans. Discover the versatility of the crochet granny square beyond classic blankets.
Instructor: Jennifer Levine
Must know, and have some experience with, foundation chain and single crochet, double crochet helps too but not required.
