When social media starts blowing up about a great project, it's gets your attention fast! This crochet cardigan by Kristina Smiley has captured everyone's imagination! The Wonder Cardigan begins as a simple rectangle and then magically transforms into a comfortable shrug-style cardigan with minimal folding and sewing, making it the perfect project for beginners or intermediate crocheters who wish to build on their skills to create a unique crochet item for their wardrobe.
The pattern is made in one size, but can easily be adjusted by adding or removing rows. The cardigan pictured here is worked in three colors but can be made with one, two, or however many you wish. Do whatever lights up your heart! The pattern includes schematics and written instructions as well as a link to a video tutorial. We're suggesting Kelbourne Woolens Perennial for this project, arriving early September.
