Stone Point Poncho

One our shop's Top Picks
You know those projects! They look awesome. They're easy to knit. And you just feel so great knitting them. That's the Stone Point Poncho!
Stone Point is knit flat in two identical pieces. Once complete, the front and back are joined at the shoulders using a 3-needle bind off and the neckband is worked in the round. The garment is easily customizable; you may lengthen the piece by working additional repeats of the Flame Chevron Lace. You can add additional repeats for width by adding a multiple of 7 sts + 4 sts to the cast-on number. Be sure to purchase enough yarn to accommodate your modifications. Unless otherwise noted, slip all markers as you come to them. Pattern provided with kit as a digital download.
Project uses 3 skeins of Remix Light. We highly recommend you knit and block a fabric sample for proper gauge. There is plenty of yarn in this kit to do this as well as knit your Stone Point Poncho. See our note on gauge by the designer below.
Remix Light (100% wool-free/DK) 100% recycled fibers including cotton, silk, nylon, linen and acrylic. Machine wash cold/lay flat to dry
A note on gauge from designer, Courntey Kelley: The combination of the cotton content and the lacey stitch means that this fabric will grow considerably when blocked. BE SURE TO WET BLOCK YOUR SWATCH. The poncho will look short before you block it, but if you go by your blocked swatch gauge you will be a-ok.
