Meet our first-ever Advent Calendar Box, the brainchild of shop owner, Tiffany Perry. We've been working for many months to create a truly fun, cozy Advent calendar that showcases our village, Chagrin Falls. Our Advent Calendar is more winter than holidays with locally hand-dyed yarn by The Darling Yarn Company, treasures from community partners in Chagrin Falls and, of course, fun fiber arts-related accessories.

The Darling Yarn Company has created 12 different, exquisite colorways dyed just for The Artful Yarn and put up in 20-gram hanks of organic baby alpaca. To say that this yarn is extraordinary is not marketing hyperbole. It is truly luscious and The Darling Yarn Company has worked with us to select lovely knit and a crochet patterns as part of our Advent Calendar Box for use with this special collection of yarns.
As for the other gifts, we're going to be keeping those a secret but some of our community partners include Fireside Book Shop, The Olive Scene, Spice and Tea Exchange, and several more.
Everything will be individually wrapped and numbered as they are each a wonderful gift for you to open throughout the 24 days of Advent.
Our photo collage places you into the ethos of our Advent Calendar Box, the coziness of winter in Northeast Ohio and the simple pleasures we all enjoy as the New Year approaches, giving us time to breathe and reflect.
While our Advent Calendar Box includes a knit and a crochet pattern, we'll be creating a Ravelry catalog of other patterns you can knit or crochet with your yarn gifts including yarn from your own collection or picking up something new from the shop. There will be no shortage of ideas on things you can make with your 2023 Advent Calendar.
