Expand your hat knitting repertoire with this fun series created by The Artful Yarn. You'll start out learning hat knitting basics then further build your skills like how to measure for a hat, how to get gauge, how to read a hat chart, then learning techniques like cables, jogless stripes and then on to colorwork and so much more! By the end of our series, you'll be knitting awesome hats great for gifts. Or just for your own pleasure!

What You'll Learn:
February 9: Using the Perky Little Hat, designed by Sharon Lentsch, you will learn how to knit in the round, how to measure for a hat, lace for the brim and decreases for the crown.
March 9: Using the Claremont Cabled Hat pattern, designed by Virginia Sattler-Reimer, you will learn cables, how to read a chart in the round and more.
April 6: Using Stripes Hat, designed by Barbara French, learn to knit jogless stripes in either a slouchy stockinette hat or ribbed beanie version.
