Crochet Skill Building Sunday Afternoons
3rd Sundays March through August
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
You’ve learned the basics of Crochet, the Chain Stitch, the Single Crochet, and the Double Crochet. You are now ready to explore all the new and exciting crochet patterns that are out there. This class will cover how to read and follow a pattern, how to work flat or in the round, how to add new yarn and change color (and what to do with all those tails!), and the importance of following gauge. Each month we will cover two different stitch patterns. We’ll start with a basic square swatch that can be upsized to a scarf or a blanket — you decide how to use your new skills. The class is designed for an individual session, or as a series of learning opportunities. The more you sign up for, the larger the savings.
