New Year's Cast-On Project: Wychwood Slippers Free Zoom How-To held December 29

Every year our shop hosts a fun tradition to celebrate the New Year! We learned about this idea from a group of UK knitters who start a pair of socks every New Year's Eve. We have chosen different projects each year. This New Year's Eve we're hoping you'll join us and start a pair of Wychwood Slippers, designed by Claire Slade.
Wychwood are wonderfully cozy slipper boots that will keep your feet warn and toasty. Incorporating heel and toe shaping these slippers will hug your feet. The Wychwood slippers are knit first flat and then in the round from the sole up completely seamlessly. Super easy! You can do it!

We're recommending Malabrigo Chunky or Universal Major. Available in the shop now. Available online soon.
We'll kick-off the project Monday, December 29, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM, with a free online how-to discussion of the pattern and various techniques led by Tiffany Perry. Then grab your yarn and needles to start on December 31st! We know you're going to be watching the ball drop and other New Year's festivities and this can be a new one!
